What we did

Previously it was a disused building, infamous for sheltering homeless construction workers. The innovating roof design included:

  • Fixed roof solar panels
  • Fixed Wind Turbines
  • Heat saving Cut to falls insulation Scheme.

 

What were the results

This Pioneering Project won various awards and is now an Iconic Sustainable building on the Leeds Skyline
