Hot Melt
Hot Melt is an excellent choice for New Build Projects for its ease and speed of application on large and open areas of flat roof.
It is installed by using a Hot Melter to melt the solid kegs and is then applied by operatives to a concrete substrate, using a squeegee and trowel, this will then prevent any an inverted or green roof is then installed on the robust Hotmelt offering an effective waterproofing system for the design life of the building.

Single Ply Waterproofing
Single ply waterproofing system has been a cost effective + popular choice for specifiers over the last 25years.
It is a single layer of waterproofing installed over insulation and a Vapour control layer. Single ply is manufactured from PVC and is an extremely light weight and versatile waterproofing system with no naked flames required.
It can be installed on flat, tapered, barrelled vaults and pitched roofs for new build and refurbishments and all our single ply installations come with 20, 25 year guarantees and BBA life expectancy of 30 years.
Bituminous Waterproofing Systems
Bituminous Waterproofing Systems are the most widely specified choice of architects and surveyors.
The reason? Its robust finish, ease of application, flexibility, and proven longevity for both construction and refurbishment projects. The membranes are manufactured to a high standard with three kinds of modified systems. SBS, APP and APAO. We install both Torch -On applied and Self adhesives systems.

Flat Roof Leak Detection
At Protech Roofing, we are committed to delivering high quality flat roofing projects to our clients.
We pride ourselves on using our experience policing + controlling busy construction sites so our newly installed roof is not accidentally damaged. On handing over our completed flat roof projects, we carry out an electronic leak detection test. This will identify any accidental damaged / defects not visible to the naked eye.
The detailed report is then handed over to our client to allow them single point responsibility if there is any future water ingress.
