Small Works
We also pride ourselves in our Small Works and Maintenance Department. Our clients have the confidence and satisfaction that our experience, systems of work and technical knowledge can be utilised for these.
Small works are identified as any order from £500 – £15k.
We work with various small builders, contractors, architects, and surveyors who are pleased to use us on their small projects, using our experience, knowledge and Service levels where smaller roofing contractors may have shortcomings.
MAINTENANCE
As part of our Guaranteed Roofing Installations, leak detection and roof survey services, we execute various Maintenance services to our clients.
This will include:
- Gutter Cleaning and unblocking outlets
- Repairs to gutters and Rooflights
- Repairs to flat roofs and associated Items
- Repairs to Pitched Roofs and Leadwork
- Working with M+E Contractors
- Aftercare on completed contracts to continue validation of existing guarantees.
